We do what the banks do. We lend on Real Estate. Similar to trust deed investing or fractional lending—also called private lending—is when you invest capital by funding real estate loans that are secured by real property.
Asset-Backed
Every investment is secured by a lien on real estate, with typical loan-to-value ratios of 70% or less. For example, a $350,000 loan would be backed by a property valued at $500,000 or more in most cases.
Quarterly Cash-Flow
The Fund currently earns consistent income through interest payments on real estate–backed loans. Payments are fixed and defined in the loan terms. This creates predictable cash flow to the Fund for our investors.
